Vegetable Egg Omelette for the Picky Eaters

Nope, not a pizza, a simple, 2-minute vegetable egg omelette even my vegetable-hating child eats (read: gobbles it up!)
What you need:
Grated vegetable (I used zucchini, carrot and broccoli)
2-3eggs
1 spoon of milk
Some Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
Heat oil, add grated vegetable, mix eggs and milk, add salt and pour over vegetables, cook, grate some cheese on the top, fold and serve!
